Most of our products—including ID cards, badges, passes, and custom designs—are made specifically for you based on the information and artwork you submit. As a result, these products cannot be restocked or resold. For this reason, custom orders are generally non-refundable unless there is a mistake made on our end.
However, if we make an error in printing, or if the product arrives damaged, we will gladly offer a replacement or provide a refund depending on the situation.

2. Non-Returnable Products
Because custom items are produced uniquely for each customer, the following products are not eligible for return:

3. Eligibility for Refunds or Replacements
Although most custom items cannot be returned, we will offer a refund or free replacement if the issue is caused by us.
You are eligible for a refund or replacement if:

3.2 Product Damage Upon Arrival

3.3 Wrong Items Received

We print exactly what is submitted. We do not revise customer content unless requested.
4.2 Changes After Production Begins

4.3 Color Expectations
Colors may appear differently on screens versus printed products due to variations in monitors, lighting, and materials. This does not qualify for a refund.
4.4 Shipping Issues Not Caused by Us
No refunds will be issued for:

Delayed packages from shipping carriers

Items lost or stolen after delivery is marked complete

Incorrect addresses supplied by the customer

5. Required Proof for Refunds or Replacements

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery is confirmed. However, we may offer discounted replacements depending on the situation.
